Requirements

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

This role isn't for complete beginners—we need someone who already knows their way around a ticket system or chat interface:

1. Proven Support Experience (Non-Negotiable): You already have hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or BPO live chat). You know how to multitask, handle chat queues, and deliver 5-star support under pressure.
2. Language Power: Native or near-native (C2) Danish, plus strong written and spoken English.
3. Tech & Fast-Paced Mindset: You can navigate CRM dashboards, switch between 5 browser tabs seamlessly, and learn internal tools fast.
4. Relocation Mindset: You are 100% ready to packed your bags, move to Malta, and jump headfirst into a lively, international expat culture!
