Danish-speaking Customer Expert – Remote from Greece

What youll do Handle incoming calls and emails from drivers needing roadside assistance Create detailed cases in the CRM (vehicle location coverage issue) Analyze the problem and dispatch the right solution (technician dealer towing) Manage a small portion of general customer inquiries Use multiple tools at once and keep everything organized Work rotating shifts including occasional nights and weekends

What were looking for Native or C1 Danish English B2 for training and tools No experience required just willingness to learn Solid typing and PC skills Calm logical problem-solving Ability to handle urgent situations with empathy Basic understanding of roadside assistance is a plus
