Position: Customer Service Representative (Danish)
Location: Larnaca Cyprus
Work model: On-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-quality customer support to users via phone email and live chat
- Assist customers with account-related technical and platform-related inquiries
- Support users with password resets payments and general account management queries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solution-oriented guidance
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions
- Accurately document customer interactions and relevant case information
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Meet defined quality productivity customer satisfaction and attendance targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent Danish speaker (minimum C1)
- Fluent English
- Completed secondary education
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Good computer and technology skills
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Friendly reliable and customer-oriented approach
- Clean criminal record
- Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca Cyprus.
