Were currently hiring Supplier Quality Manager to strengthen our Supplier Quality team.

Regional responsibility ideally the role will be based in Spain / Denmark.

In this role youll ensure our global suppliers deliver to the highest quality standards driving performance compliance and supplier development across your assigned geography.

Your responsibilities

• Own and lead the quality performance of suppliers within your region.

• Conduct and maintain supplier quality system audits ensuring full compliance and continuous improvement.

• Develop corrective and preventive action plans and ensure effective follow-up.

• Oversee and execute inspection activities coordinating with third-party service providers when needed.

• Monitor inspection efficiency and cost-effectiveness including supplier back-charges as per SLAs.

• Lead Corrective Action Reporting (CAR) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) processes based on supplier non-conformance reports.

• Partner with Procurement and Service Line Managers on supplier development initiatives.

• Collaborate with our Quality team in GBC India to support quality dossier reviews.

• Implement and ensure compliance with global quality policies KPIs and best practices.

• Contribute to global quality initiatives to promote standardization and excellence across FLSmidth.

• Report directly to the Manager Supplier Quality Management (RoW).

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years Managerial experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Control in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical field.

• Strong knowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes technical documentation and specifications.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.

• Broad understanding of production processes experience with Heavy Fabrication Casting Forging.

Salary range: 700000 - 930000 DKK
