The Health System and Economics team is part of theGlobal & Public Health departmentheaded byDirectorMette Ide Davidsen. The mission of the department is towork in partnerships to driveequitableand systemic changes in public and global health by bridgingresearchpolicyand practice. The departmentconsists of19 colleagues divided intothree ofthis rolewill be to support ourDirectorwithcoordinating activitiesacrossour department.

You will join our Health Systems & Economics team consists of 5highly dedicatedcolleagues whoaimtoimprovehealth outcomes and equityby supportingfeasibleandcost-effectivesolutionsfor people living withcardiometabolic diseasestostrengthen developinitiatives thathelpturngood ideas and research into solutions that pay off-for people and for the health system and further wesupportthe applicationofhealthsystems and economicsthinking across relevant NNF initiatives to enablepromising scientific advances and innovationstobe translated into implementable scalable and sustainablesolutionsapplicable toreal-worldsettings.

The Job

AsSeniorProject Specialist youwill contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives supportportfolioand pipeline processes and help drive collaboration withprimarilynational of yourtime will also be used to support the daily operations within the departmentgiving you insights into projects across the departmentand our ways of working.
You willbe responsible for:

• Contributingto the development and implementation of new initiatives within health systems and economics.
• Conductingdesk researchandidentifyingkey figuresondifferent topicsincludinghealth andwelfare innovation healthworkforceetc.
• Contributingtostakeholder managementand collaborationswith nationalNordicandEuropean partners.
• Planningseminarsandexternal presentations on for exampleimplementationscienceontheteamdepartmentand health area level.
• Supportingdepartmentmeetingsby drafting agendascontinuous overview of agenda items meeting material take minutes follow-up onactions.
• Coordinating across department activities suchascoordination meetings across the three teams team activitiesand coordinating off-site trips

About you

Youholdamasters degree in public healthpolitical science or similar. You have a coupleofyears of experience working inthe public sector whether from a municipalityregionor atnationallevel. It could also be from aresearch institution or NGO preferably working with and/or aroundthe health system.

You bring with you:

• Strong skills in desk research synthesis and communication includingidentifyingand summarising key figures and evidence.
• Project management skills/tools
• Experience supporting stakeholder collaboration across organisations andsectors.
• Proven ability to plan and execute meetingsseminarsand presentations end-to-end.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Danish/Scandinavian language (as you willmainly workwith Danish stakeholders)
