You will work with colleagues across PA on exciting assignments gaining hands-on experience designing and implementing new ways of working alongside our clients. Qualifications :

Essential requirements

• At least five years of experience within management consulting internal consulting roles or similar positions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent writing skills as well as presentation skills.
• A strong interest in and passion for business transformation process improvement or agile ways of working.
• A desire to develop PAs internal Agile capability alongside delivering high-quality work with our clients.

We are looking for a variety of profiles and if you have experience with one or more of the below it would be a plus although not a requirement:

• Working in or supporting agile teams.
• Working with product management for example as product owner responsible for managing a product end-to-end and/or experience with supporting an organisation move from a project to a product-focused approach introducing design thinking practices into teamsetc.
• An understanding of lean portfolio management (LPM)incl. hands-on experience implementing different portfolio management practices like prioritisation capacity management OKRs funding etc.
• Experience deploying business change techniques resulting in sustainable changes to behaviours and mindsets across organisational levels.
