Sales Student Assistant

Pernod Ricard Denmark is looking for a Student Assistant to join the Sales Team in Copenhagen.

To succeed in this role you should be comfortable with:

• Working in a structured way maintaining an overview meeting deadlines and having strong attention to detail across systems and processes.

• Handling routine and repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining focus and quality in tasks that require accuracy and concentration.

• Ensuring high accuracy by reviewing data invoices and campaign information before reporting or updating systems.

• Supporting others by assisting Key Account Managers and the Sales Team with operational follow-up and daily coordination.

• Using digital tools and working with Excel sales systems and data updates in a reliable and organized manner.

You do not need to have experience from an identical role but it is important that you are accurate service-minded and motivated by supporting a busy commercial team.

The position is a student job of approximately 1520 hours per week with flexibility to fit around your studies.

Fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written) is required. Danish is a mandatory requirement for this role as approximately 90% of the daily tasks including invoice handling and customer communication are conducted in Danish.

Over time there may also be opportunities to take on more responsibility and support analytical tasks within sales and customer activation.

In this role you will report to the Field Sales & Key Account Manager Off-Trade and gain broad exposure across the organization collaborating with different departments such as Sales Marketing Finance and Customer Service.
