Job Description

your understanding of what makes customers engage and shop with brands and what fosters their loyalty. Uncover insights and build commerce strategies that will help drive better commercial outcomes for the LEGO brand across third party retailers and owned and operated retail channels.

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the global LEGO in-house advertising agency crafting award-winning and compelling content and campaigns. The OLA Commerce team is all about understanding audiencebehavioursand encouraging creative work. The team leads and develops strategies for all LEGO commerce ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and define omnichannel brand and communications strategy that drives creative developmentactivations and content planning.

• Bringbig ideasto life across commerce ecosystems in both campaign periods and always-on activity through clearcompellingand connected customer journeys.

• Combine creativity and efficiency throughstrongunderstanding of commerce audiences touchpoints and media thinking.

• Use data and research to inform yourapproach combiningit with creative innovation and exploration.

• Strong storytelling persuasivepitchingand partner engagement to get teams excited and onboard with your thinking.

• Help to craft and develop our planning processes and collaboration across marketing and channel teams.

• Help upskill your colleagues with shopperthinking andestablish links across LEGO to elevate our creative commerce capabilities.

Do youhavewhat it takes

• Proven experience in retail/shopper/commerce planning or strategy role responsible for channel and campaign planning and communication architecture.

• Experience of using data-driven planning tools audience insights (qual and quant) andeffectivenessdata to build plans and work within defined planning processes.

• Experience working with channels / media owners to develop creative and executional thinking.

• Ability to stay ahead and move with shopperbehaviours technology platforms and cultural shifts.

• Excellent communication skills written verbal and emotional to be a key member of our team.

• Desire to stay close to projects throughout their life cycle tomaintainstrategic and creative excellence.

• Passion for creating shopper communication work that has an impact thatmattersandthatsmemorable.

• Excellent presentation skills (creative brief experience is a plus).

• Big team and cross-org collaborations.

• Experience within a global strategy/planning contextbeneficial orworking within a multiplemarkets/ regional capacity.
