An extraordinary appointment is available within a prominent Royal Health Bureau in Riyadh for a distinguished, Western-trained Consultant in Family Medicine and Longevity. This role is purposefully engineered for an authoritative physician who prioritizes deep clinical continuity, escaping volume-driven corporate mandates to focus on an exclusive, highly restricted patient panel within a sovereign household.
Operating from a state-of-the-art private domestic facility, you will enjoy complete clinical sovereignty to design hyper-customized, proactive wellness strategies and advanced aging-reversal protocols under strict diplomatic protocols. A cornerstone of this position is true multi-disciplinary synergy; you will provide collaborative leadership to an elite, handpicked team of Western-trained physical therapists, private clinical nurses, and nutritionists to deliver seamless, integrated care.
Must possess a recognized Tier-1 board certification or equivalent fellowship (such as CCT/CCST, American Board, or equivalent Nordic/European designations) with a minimum of 6 years of active post-consultancy experience.
Deep expertise in clinical longevity pathways, preventative therapeutics, and comprehensive chronic disease optimization.
Impeccable professional diplomacy, emotional intelligence, and absolute discretion required to operate seamlessly under non-negotiable NDAs.
Total linguistic fluency in English with an authoritative yet highly polished communication style.

Requirements
Recognised medical degree from UK, Ireland, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand Board certification / CCT or equivalent in Internal Medicine or General Internal Medicine Minimum 8–12 years post-specialisation experience Prior experience in private medicine, VIP care, executive health, or high-complexity outpatient/internal medicine Strong diagnostic reasoning and ability to manage multi-system chronic conditions Fluent English essential High discretion and ability to operate in confidential environments Willingness to be based in or relocate to the UAE
