Client Strategist - for Denmark residents only

You will be responsible for strategy, reporting and advisory for a portfolio of Shopify brands. You analyse performance across channels, identify constraints and bottlenecks, define solutions and delegate tasks to both the client and our specialist team. You work with Triple Whale, deliver monthly Loom walkthroughs and maintain daily client communication via Slack. You own the KPIs, watch strategies unfold and carry full accountability for growing your clients profitably. What you'll do day to day Analyse performance across channels and translate data into concrete recommendations Deliver monthly reports with in-depth walkthroughs, P&L analysis and strategic focus areas Identify what is holding growth back and prioritise solutions based on data Delegate tasks to the specialist team (Paid Social, Google, Email, Influencer) and follow up Communicate daily with clients via Slack Build and track core KPIs at account level What we expect Experience in e-commerce — in-house, agency or your own online store Analytical and data-driven approach — you can read numbers and turn them into action Understanding of how the channels connect (Paid Social, Google, Email, Influencer) Strong communication, both written and verbal Proactivity and independence What you get Ownership from day 1 with real brands and real budgets Close mentorship with a senior strategist on your first clients Structured onboarding into our systems, processes, workflows and team Access to powerful systems and AI tools Hybrid work model based in Odense How we onboard you The first 30 days are about understanding our systems, processes and clients. From day 31 you take on your first clients with daily feedback. You deliver reports independently and start identifying constraints.
