Student Assistant for Ramboll Speak Up function within Group Business Integrity

Your new role
As our newest team member, you will be part of an international and dynamic team that forms the basis of Group Business Integrity. You will tackle a variety of tasks within the Speak Up function such as day-to-day administration of emails and correspondence, documentation of cases etc. In this role, you will help ensure that information, documentation, and cases are handled professionally and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Case administration and documentation
- Inbox management
- Quality assurance of records and documentation
- Coordination and follow-up on administrative processes
- Data management and reporting support
- Drafting presentations for e.g. training sessions
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, has excellent written communication skills, and pays attention to detail.
About you
To thrive in the role of our new Student Assistant, we hope you will recognize yourself in most (though not necessarily all) of the following criteria:
- 2-3 years left of your BSc or MSc studies within Business Administration, Communication, Politics, Law or similar
- Relevant part- or full-time experience from internships or other student positions is an advantage, but not a requirement
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English
- A can-do attitude and very structured approach to tasks
- Motivation to provide excellent support characterized by high-quality standards
- Curiosity and the ability to think critically and on your feet
- A desire to develop professional skills in a dynamic environment
