Are you analytical by nature and motivated by work that truly matters We are looking for a Research Analyst to join Cook Medical on a 12-month fixed-term this role you will support our customer insights activities across a global purpose-driven organization contributing to improved customer experiences and the development of medical devices that make a real difference to patients around the world every day. You will join a remote team and have the flexibility to work from one of our sites in Denmark Ireland or the United States making this an exciting opportunity for candidates across these locations.
As a Research Analyst you will be a key contributor to our business insights function working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive decisions. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to conduct in-depth research and analysis to support understanding customer needs and preferences collect and interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources maintain ongoing touchpoint surveys and feedback collection mechanisms and prepare clear reports summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders. You will also support and lead primary market research activities as needed and help maintain documentation and data integrity in line with Cook Medical quality standards. No two days are exactly the same and we value colleagues who bring curiosity initiative and a collaborative spirit to the team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive colleague with a solid foundation in research and data analysis. You likely hold a bachelor or master degree in a relevant field such as Business Data Analytics Marketing or Statistics and have prior experience in a research or analytical role ideally within the medical device healthcare or life sciences industry.
