As a Student Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the Salesforce Product Owner with day-to-day operational activities while also contributing to exciting initiatives at the intersection of Salesforce and AI. Your work will help ensure smooth sales operations and continuous improvement of our digital tools.

• Support the Product Owner in operational tasks by assisting the global sales organization with system-related requests, including login troubleshooting and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Contribute to the ongoing administration and optimization of Salesforce—our core Project Sales platform—by supporting user management, creating new accounts, and engaging with key business users.
• Participate in projects related to Salesforce enhancements and AI-driven initiatives, helping translate ideas into practical solutions that improve sales processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as IT, onshore teams, and external vendors to ensure aligned execution and stable operations.
• Help transform complex information into clear visualizations and easy-to-understand summaries, supporting high-quality content and decision-making.
• Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and communication activities to strengthen sales capabilities and drive user adoption.

What You BringYou are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and have at least two years left in your education. You possess a passion for renewable energy and a strong desire to lead change. To be successful in this role, you:

• Are comfortable interacting in a highly international environment and can conclude tasks on time, accurately, and with high quality.
• Understand the linkage between processes, tools, and stakeholders, and have a talent for visualizing information.
• Are not afraid to engage with new, complex systems and tools, and enjoy working with large amounts of data.
• Initial experience or strong interest in AI tools, automation, or Agentic AI is a plus, and you are motivated to further develop your skills in this area.
• Experience with MS Office applications, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
