About the Role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will support the delivery of high-quality payroll services for our customers. You will manage payroll activities, ensure compliance, support process improvements, and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned customers

• Support compliance activities, statutory reporting, and payroll controls

• Maintain payroll documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

• Identify and support payroll process improvements

• Assist with onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team

• Support system testing, updates, and year-end payroll activities

• Stay up to date with payroll legislation and best practices

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of payroll experience, preferably within outsourcing or an international environment

• Knowledge of Danish payroll legislation and statutory reporting

• Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
