Senior Servicenow Architect - for Denmark residents only

Technical Expertise Deep end-to-end ServiceNow architecture experience with strong specialization in CMDB and ITOM. Strong practical expertise in CSDM, CMDB data models, CI class design, and identification and reconciliation rules. Proven architecture experience in multiple CMDB implementations and platform transformations. Expertise in ServiceNow integration architecture, data ingestion patterns, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Integration Hub, APIs, MID Server, and data source strategy. Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, event/data relationships, and service modeling. Experience designing secure and scalable access models, including data segregation and domain rights separation where relevant. Ability to define phased implementation strategies with clear quick wins and sustainable target‑state architecture. Strong knowledge of CMDB governance patterns, platform guardrails, and technical debt prevention. Experience Level 12+ years overall experience, with 7+ years of deep ServiceNow architecture experience and several successful CMDB implementations. Responsibilities Own the overall CMDB solution architecture for Norlys Tech Hub. Define the target‑state architecture for CMDB quick wins, phased scaling, and long‑term sustainability. Decide the technical approach for ingestion of asset information from Flexera and infrastructure/network asset information from NetBox. Define source‑of‑truth principles, data boundaries, reconciliation logic, CI class strategy, and relationship design. Lead the architecture for data quality, deduplication, normalization, and lifecycle handling in CMDB. Ensure alignment between CMDB, asset management, IT operations, service mapping, and governance requirements. Design platform structures supporting required rights separation, data separation, and controlled access models. Guide implementation of integration patterns, transform logic, and operational support models. Review and approve technical designs produced by developers and platform engineers. Identify risks, dependencies, and architecture constraints early and propose mitigation actions. Support prioritization of quick wins that deliver visible value fast without compromising long‑term architecture. Act as the senior advisory point toward Tech Hub stakeholders and leadership on all CMDB design decisions. Location Denmark, preferably onsite/hybrid with Norlys Tech Hub and key platform stakeholders. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, software engineering, infrastructure architecture, or related field. ServiceNow CSA required; CIS-CMDB, CAD, or other relevant advanced certifications strongly preferred. Demonstrated success leading CMDB architecture in enterprise environments. Proven experience with multiple CMDB implementations from design through go‑live and stabilization. Strong background in platform architecture, data models, and enterprise integration design.
