Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring successful delivery.
• Adapt to changing challenges and environments, addressing project-related issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage project budget, changes, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization.
• Ensure project schedules and timelines are met.
• Utilize technical expertise in Automation systems (BMS/SCADA).
• Drive process improvement through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Comply with GAMP standards and industry regulations.

Missions

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharma industry.
• Strong technical background in Automation systems (BMS/SCADA).
• Project Management certifications are advantageous.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean).
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and budget management.
• Highly preferred experience in the Danish working market.
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
• Self-driven and adaptable.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices.
