We do not let rigid kitchen concepts or dogmas about the origin of dishes limit us – for us, it’s all about passion, flavor, and creating memorable experiences. We draw great inspiration from Mediterranean cuisine and have a particular love for seafood, especially pulpo – octopus. At the same time, we offer a complete à la carte experience and enjoy working with classics such as foie gras and premium steaks. We love creating dishes that are surprising and a little unconventional – for us, gourmet is about delighting and impressing the guest with every plate. We are seeking an experienced and reliable sous chef or chef who thrives in a dynamic kitchen, can consistently deliver high-quality dishes under pressure, and contributes creatively to both menus and daily operations. At Pulpo, everyone in the team is valued equally, and we expect you to view the restaurant as a whole, being ready to assist wherever needed – in both kitchen and service. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Danish, Spanish, or Italian is an advantage.
