Procurement Assistant (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and process purchase orders in SAP (creation, updates, and releases)
• Verify and enter order confirmations (quantities, prices, delivery dates)
• Monitor and follow up on order status, delivery dates, and delays
• Support on-time delivery (OTD) by proactive tracking and coordination
• Perform invoice checks and resolution in collaboration with finance
• Maintain and update master data in SAP (pricing, trade agreements, supplier data)
• Handle intercompany orders and related system transactions
• Ensure accurate documentation and electronic filing
• Register and follow up on quality notifications with suppliers and internal teams
• Support procurement with data preparation, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Participate in order fulfillment meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in supplier evaluations and audits (data preparation and coordination)

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support role
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred) or similar ERP systems
• Structured and detail-oriented, with a strong administrative mindset
• Comfortable working with data, processes, and system transactions
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., filtering, pivot tables, data handling)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up consistently
• Good communication skills in English
• A proactive, service-minded team player who enjoys supporting operations
