The position

As Finance Partner in Business Finance, you will be part of a team responsible for the financial management of Enterprise Quality and for providing financial input to drive value creation. Your new departmentEnterprise Quality Finance (EQ Finance) is part of Novo Nordisk Business Finance and is responsible for the financial management of the largest EVP area within Staff Functions, covering more than 5, employees and approximately DKK 5 billion across the Novo Nordisk value chain.In EQ Finance, our overall ambition is to create impact through Finance Partnering to our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid understanding of the business in which we operate. Your skills and qualificationsTo succeed in the role, you preferably hold a master’s degree in business administration or economics and have minimum of 3 years of experience.Other qualifications are required: Excellent analytical skills, while keeping the overall purpose in mind Ability to communicate clear and precise with people at all levels in the organisation Self-driven and ability to work independently Good collaboration skills and focus on succeeding as a teamFluency in both written and spoken English As a person, you will be a collaborative team player, eager to engage with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
