Are you a detail-oriented student looking to kickstart your career in finance?

We’re looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of our customers while gaining hands-on experience in billing operations.

In this entry-level role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with key financial processes like invoicing, payment tracking, and even contribute to metrics that drive our business, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

We are looking for a meticulous, process-driven individual with strong communication skills and a service mindset. A successful candidate must confidently manage sensitive—and sometimes challenging—payment discussions with external stakeholders while ensuring internal teams submit accurate financial documentation on time.

Key responsibilities:

o Ensure timely entry of signed agreements into the subscription management system to support seamless invoicing

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the subscription platform

o Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with agreed terms

o Record and allocate incoming payments accurately and promptly

o Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing and billing

o Assist with debt collection and follow-up on outstanding payments

o Manage costs and review supplier invoices in our supplier management system

o Support additional administrative and finance-related tasks as needed

Whether you’re just getting started or building on experience, this role could be a great match for you if:

o You have working-level proficiency in English, written and spoken

o You understand basic financial documents and billing processes

o You are service minded, curious and perceptive

o You are assertive, yet tactful in your communication

o You have a bachelor’s degree and are currently studying for a relevant master's degree (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce...) at a Danish university, with at least one year left before graduating

o You can be present in the office two or three times a week
