Join Siemens Gamesa as a Working Student in our Systems Engineering team, where you will support the development and maintenance of system models and requirements within our engineering environment. In this role, you will contribute to improving the quality, structure, and traceability of requirements across the full system lifecycle. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, assist in organizing and maintaining data in our integrated tools, and help translate complex engineering information into structured and usable formats. This position offers hands-on experience in systems engineering practices, requirements management, and tool support within a global and multidisciplinary team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Support the creation, structuring, and maintenance of requirements in Polarion, ensuring consistency and alignment across system levels. Assist in managing traceability across the product lifecycle, helping maintain clear links between system elements. Contribute to improving data quality and consistency by reviewing, updating, and cleaning requirement structures, models, and documentation, enabling more reliable system development and decision-making. Support systems engineering activities such as defining system boundaries, interfaces, and validation links. Help maintain and improve documentation, templates, and training materials for requirements and systems engineering processes. Contribute to small automation or scripting tasks to improve efficiency in data handling and tool usage.
What You Bring
You are currently enrolled for a degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Value Chain Management or a related field. You have an interest in systems engineering, requirements management, value add solutions or engineering tools.
- You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured data.
- You have basic programming or scripting skills and are motivated to automate repetitive tasks.
- You are organized, proactive, and able to follow structured processes.
- You communicate clearly and feel comfortable working in English in an international environment.
