THE POSITION Review & Analysis Participate in reviewing and analyzing the requirement to understand test objectives Provide input on the testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities. Test plans Create test plans, test cases, manual/automated test scripts and performance tests. Executing manual/automated test plans. Defect identification Testing & Participating in functional testing, regression testing and performance testing. Identifying bugs, issues, risks, and bottlenecks within the application. Other related duties as needed or assigned by the management. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Experience: 5 years+ software testing Experience working with overseas clients or colleagues is a must Good command of English Functional Skills Understanding and experience with full testing lifecycle management; Experience in a Business Analyst or QA role for web applications is a plus; Experience with Agile Project Management; namely Scrum is a plus; ISTQB Foundation Level Certification is a plus.
