Job beskrivelseLocation: Stovring Employment Type: Hybrid, Full-Time Department: Prepared Foods - Further Processing About the Role As our new Mechanical Order Engineer you will work with mixers and grinders in the prepared foods portfolio. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of about 8 members based in Denmark and collaborate with colleagues in Denmark, Germany, Scotland, and the Netherlands. Your creative designs will improve equipment performance, robustness, and cost. Key Responsibilities Be responsible for a group of equipment, driving necessary design updates to continuously improve that equipment. Ensure correctness of technical documentation to enable flawless manufacturability and cost‑effective production. Maintain equipment compliance with the latest safety requirements and relevant international standards. Co‑operate with the multidisciplinary project team to efficiently configure, design, and develop all mechanical aspects of solutions, including creating bills of materials, assemblies, components, drawings, and supporting documentation in the 3D CAD and PDM system following the Product Development Process (PDP). Pay particular attention to functional, hygienic, cleaning aspects, reliability, safety, production technologies, and cost price. Ensure timely delivery of specifications needed for delivered solutions. ️ What kind of person are you? Hold a degree in engineering such as mechanical, mechatronics, or other technical fields. Have several years of experience in engineering technical systems from a similar industry, preferably the food industry. Have experience with drawing tools, databases, and programming for documentation preparation. Be familiar with CAD and PDM/PLM tools. Have good English skills, both written and verbal. Be a team player and able to communicate within a multidisciplinary team. The job requires the ability to travel as needed, estimated to 5‑10% of the time.
