A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a self-driven full-time Piccoline (m/f) to support our administration team in Vejle with a variety of tasks. The position is vacant for 1 year from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. How You’ll Make an Impact 100% Administrative & Coordination Support Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the employees at the Vejle location Manage team correspondence by replying to emails and covering shared inboxes as well as covering the front desk Creating travel bookings and travel expenses for employees Handling of fleet cars (procurement, booking, cleaning, and wheel changes) Keep meeting rooms and copy rooms in order Lending of security equipment (PPE) Large print support for meetings/conferences Being present in the office Monday to Friday (remote work only possible in special situations) What You Bring Proactiveness and a strong service-mindset Collaboration & Communication Reliability Team working skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Organized and reliable, with strong time management skills and the ability to take initiative and work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Good general IT skills with a flair for using various IT systems. Driver’s license B.
