About the Role You will contribute directly to the design, development, and deployment of advanced data and AI systems in cloud-based environments. Your responsibilities may include: Architecting and implementing end-to-end data and machine learning solutions Deploying, monitoring, and optimizing models on cloud platforms Translating business requirements into structured technical solutions Ensuring solutions are maintainable, scalable, and aligned with best practices Evaluating and applying emerging technologies within AI and GenAI For more senior candidates, the role also includes: Defining technical direction and architectural standards Acting as a primary technical contact for clients Leading workstreams and mentoring team members Contributing to the evolution of our Data & AI capabilities and service offerings We value profiles who can combine deep technical execution with sound judgment in real client environments. Your Background We are open to different experience levels, provided you bring strong fundamentals and practical experience. Experience and Education Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of experience in data engineering or AI/ML, delivering production-ready solutions Hands‑on experience across the full ML lifecycle — from experimentation to deployment and monitoring Experience with generative AI For senior profiles: experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring others Technical Capabilities Programming: Python and SQL, Typescript is a plus Cloud: Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure ML, Data Factory) or other cloud platforms Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow) Machine Learning: Classical ML techniques and generative AI applications GenAI Tooling: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel MLOps: CI/CD, model lifecycle management, orchestration tools, version control Data Engineering: ETL processes and large‑scale data processing How You Work Analytical and structured in your problem‑solving approach Comfortable operating in client‑facing environments Able to communicate complex technical topics in business‑relevant terms Pragmatic, quality‑driven, and accountable for outcomes What You Can Expect From Us Meaningful, technically challenging projects with real business visibility A strong professional environment with high standards and high trust Autonomy in how you structure and deliver your work Access to modern tooling, platforms, and certifications (including Microsoft) Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Continuous development — technically and professionally Let’s Talk Send your CV or a short introduction to hr@venzo.com.
