Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is offering a great opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a reputable company in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role includes a fully paid relocation package, making it an excellent choice for Danish-speaking professionals looking to develop their careers abroad.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general customer support.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with all relocation expenses fully covered.
