You enjoy being on stage and part of the action, but you’re also comfortable taking responsibility. You like guiding others, keeping things organised and making sure the team works well together. You’re not a “boss in the background” — you lead by example and stay actively involved.

If you’ve already worked in entertainment or animation and are ready for the next step, this role fits you perfectly.

What your day looks like

Your day combines leadership with hands-on entertainment. You coordinate daily activity schedules, support and motivate the animation team and actively take part in activities and shows. You help organise rehearsals, events and special programs while acting as the link between the entertainment team and hotel management. Your presence sets the tone for both team spirit and guest experience.

Good to know

This is a full-time seasonal position with living and working on site at the resort. An EU passport is required.

Requirements

What you need for this role

For this position, previous experience in hotel entertainment, animation or similar roles is required. You should feel confident coordinating people, motivating a team and staying calm in busy situations. Very good English skills are required for daily communication. German and/or French language skills are a strong advantage and help you connect with guests and management.
