Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer a position for a Danish Speaking Remote Support Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals who are adept at providing excellent customer service and technical support to Danish-speaking clients. As a remote support specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and technical challenges efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-quality support to Danish-speaking customers through remote communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a broad range of technical issues involving software, hardware, and applications.
  • Offer precise guidance and solutions to customers while walking them through troubleshooting processes.
  • Document all support interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records in the support management system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems effectively.
  • Ensure follow-up with clients to confirm the resolution of their issues and measure satisfaction with the support received.
  • Continuously update knowledge on product information and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective troubleshooting skills.
  • A strong focus on customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with remote support tools and customer management systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to continued professional development in the tech industry.
