Your role
in key responsibilities :
- Continuous development and preparation of appropriate promotional material and non-promotional materials for use by external field teams following global and local LMR
- Liaise with external agencies and drive LMR review and approval of accurate, version controlled promotional and non-promotional materials in line with Global SOP and EFPIA code of practice
- Remain up to date with scientific trends and knowledge and fosters relationships with global medical affairs & KEEs (Key External Experts)
- Implement market research projects, leverage market and competitor insights and incorporate into brand plans & communication strategy
- Support the development of the Global Brand Plans for Critical Care and the local brand planning process
- Ensure tactical plans are strategically aligned and track & monitor KPIs
- Continuous monitoring of promotional spend and adhere to global budget allocation
- Support the brand presence at international congress booths where appropriate
- Support the organisation and drive best practice knowledge sharing within the LEO Pharma Marketing teams
- Provides marketing expertise, training and guidance to local marketing teams
Your Profile :
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications :
Scientific background with a master's degree in business or marketingExcellent command of the English languageComputing skills (Very good skills in Excel, Power Point, Word, Internet)Prior experience with marketing management and / or sales in pharmaceutical industry with multiple customer groups and product categoriesEffective communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage projectsExperience in a culturally diverse workplace through domestic and international projects or global cross-country teamsReady to join us?
