As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying and building new business while managing your existing accounts. This position is expected to participate in the growth of our company by providing technical and sales management support in Denmark and Scandinavia.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the key driver of sales and service functions for assigned Kemin customers. Your mission is to achieve budgeted targets in sales, margin, operating income, and sales expenses. You will :

• Support the further development of Kemin’s commercial activities in the Scandinavian region.
• Deliver consistent growth in sales and gross margin across assigned accounts.
• Build accurate forecast reports to support production and inventory planning.
• Lead business unit expansion and territory sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing deals and post-sale relationship building.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for key customers.
• Conduct technical sales presentations and support product testing in manufacturing plants.
• Explore and implement new application s for existing products
• Introduce n ew products at a high technical level
• Maintain strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
• Attend industry tradeshows, conferences, and events to represent Kemin and stay ahead of market trends.
