As Marine & Logistics Manager at the Port of Esbjerg, you will lead daily marine and logistics operations, ensuring smooth movement, storage, and tracking of components, including wind turbine parts. You will provide guidance to the Marine & Logistics team, oversee resource allocation, and make operational decisions to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Your day involves coordinating across multiple stakeholders, using systems like ECTP to optimize planning, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining a strong safety culture.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will shape both strategic and operational outcomes for Siemens Gamesa’s port operations by :

• Leading strategic planning for component storage and logistics across transit, factory, and project execution phases.
• Collaborating with port authorities, stevedore companies, and internal teams to optimize efficiency and align with global logistics plans.
• Driving continuous improvement through data analysis, Lean principles, and operational insights.
• Championing HSE standards, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
• Mentoring and developing your team to build a collaborative, high-performing environment.
