Your new role
As a Medical & Marketing Director, you will :
- Oversee commercial and medical strategies, brand positioning and marketing / sales activities in both HCP and consumer segments, ensuring effective execution of brand strategies. Being also responsible for monitoring, analyzing and acting on market trends to identify emerging opportunities and inform commercial strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s goals, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
- Manage product / service development, collaborate on defining optimal pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness across channels.
- Lead impactful advertising campaigns and monitor sales performance, adapting strategies to drive performance.
- Develop and execute scientific communication strategies across clinical trial phases, integrating patient voices and providing input to clinical trials and Real-World Evidence (RWE) plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and facilitate collaboration and information exchange; organizing and conducting scientific meetings and symposia, delivering medical education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following skills and experiences to the role :
Proven +8 years of experience leading teams in brand marketing, strategic planning, and sales executionStrong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and utilise insights to inform strategiesExpertise in product / service development, pricing strategies, and advertising campaignsExperience in working with different sales channels and consumer segmentsExperience in developing and executing scientific communication strategiesExcellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver medical education to HCPsExperience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryKnowledge of Real-World Evidence (RWE) and clinical trial processesFamiliarity with integrating patient voices and conducting Advisory Boards.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
