Main objective of the role : To increase focus on Retail / OTC and new launches we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the Nordic Region.
Key Responsibilities include relationship building, strategic planning and selling, gathering market and customer insights, project management and aligning successful sales and launch strategies to achieve business goals.
Location : This role will be predominantly field based with the view of working from the office / home office from time to time.
Job Duties :
Product Launch Support :
- Market access & coordinate marketing efforts for new product launches.
- Support the launch process from start to finish, often using established processes and checklists to track progress.
Sales Development :
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting, sales calls contributing to revenue growth.Client Relationship Management :
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients (mainly OTC related)Acting as the primary point of contact and understanding customer / client needs.Coordinating marketing and launch activities, such as digital campaigns, social media management, and in-store activities.Strategic Planning :
Developing and executing plans to retain and grow key accounts, focusing on long-term value and client retention and achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.Reporting and Analysis :
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for key products / markets, analyzing results, and reporting on progress to management.Project Management :
Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Communication and Collaboration :
Effectively communicating with both clients and internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure alignment, smooth execution of initiatives and to ensure a cohesive strategy and excellent customer experience.
