As an intern in Terma Aerostructures (AMF) you will become part of a company with engaged and knowledgeable employees where Continuous Improvement is a driving factor in all that we do. The Continuous Improvement department is the facilitator of development of the Lean mindset and Lean competences inf AMF with the purpose of achieving next level of performance and efficiency. Your primary role will be to analyze, facilitate, and implement process improvement projects in our internal supply chain, support functions, and on the shop floor; - and thereby optimize our entire value chain including both part and document flows. Your primary responsibilities will be :

Facilitating process improvement projects
Analyzing of value chain processes by use of known Lean methodologies to identify processes with optimization potential

You will be a member of the Continuous Improvement department and will work with both your own and team-based projects as required.

Your Profile

We are looking for the following :

You are studying to be a Bachelor in Value Chain Management, a Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine Engineering, or something comparable

You can communicate at all organization levels and are prepared to walk the extra mile when required

You will be in contact with several stakeholders across the organization. We therefore expect that you thrive on a visible position in a dynamic work environment

You have flair for IT, including MS Office (especially Excel)
