Activités

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Buyers team, you will gain insight into daily operations and collaborate with various stakeholders.

You will support the Buyers with the shared mailbox, where you will be able to manage and shape your daily tasks independently. Your specific responsibilities will be shaped by your experience, personality, and educational background. Alongside routine duties, you will also have the chance to contribute to a variety of tasks across the team.

Your area of responsibility will include tasks such as :

• Contract support to buyers.
• Creation, maintenance and updating contracts in SAP.
• Maintain open orders, update delivery dates, prices etc.
• Correspondence with vendors and the main warehouse.
• Close collaboration with buyers.
• Inform the requisitioner of any changes in delivery date, changes to material etc.
• Ad hoc tasks.
