As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries efficiently while communicating effectively in Danish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery status, and service-related questions via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
- Provide clients with accurate information about menu options, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order modifications, cancellations, and feedback management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately document all interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and restaurant partners to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in food delivery and service offerings to better assist customers.
Requirements
