As a Customer Service Representative , you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all interactions.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Accurately document interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey
- Stay up to date with products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
