What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and sales-driven US Sales Coordinator with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-driven environment, enjoys speaking with new prospects, and is motivated by building and structuring a successful sales pipeline. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the US market by managing inbound leads, coordinating demos and trials, and supporting clinics and distributors. Fluency in English is required, and a US background is strongly preferred due to the nature of the market and working hours. This position can be full-time or part-time , with flexibility to work from both the office and remotely. Working hours will primarily be in the afternoon and evening to align with US time zones.
Your Responsibilities
Manage all inbound US leads and serve as the first point of contact for prospective clinics and prosthetists.
Book product demos and coordinate sample trials with potential partners.
Log and maintain all lead and sales activity in our CRM system.
Map and tier US clinics / prosthetists to support a structured and strategic sales cadence.
Produce monthly sales reports and analysis to support decision-making.
Provide ongoing support to distributors and clinics in the US market.
What You Bring
Experience with call sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication skills and a professional, service-minded approach.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple leads at once.
A detail-oriented mindset and a structured approach to follow-up and documentation.
Comfort working during afternoon / evening hours to match US time zones.
Fluency in English; US cultural familiarity preferred.
Basic understanding of CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly.
Experience with Excel Spreadsheets.
