Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative (part-time)

Mindler is a digital health care service that enables online psychologist meetings. Every day, hundreds of digital psychologist meetings are conducted through our app and our ambition is to be one of the leading digital mental health care providers in the world. Having successfully expanded into three new markets in four years, you are in a key position to significantly influence how new patients and psychologists view our product in our newest fourth market; Denmark!

The role :

As the Customer Service Representative DK you will be part of our nordic team based in Stockholm. You will mainly support our patients and psychologists with various inquiries e.g. assisting with appointments to technical support. You will often be the first point of contact, so it’s down to you to be an ambassador for Mindler.

Our mission is to deliver first-class service and help our patients and psychologists succeed together with us at Mindler. You will be working set hours with daily tasks such as :

Work daily in Zendesk and other channels with customer-related matters.

Communicating feedback internally received from patients and psychologists

Communicating with stakeholders such as other health care providers, GP’s, and insurance companies.

Contact our patients in Denmark by phone to encourage them to book an appointment or assist them with technical questions

Assist with CS-related matters in all markets (Nordics, UK & NL) when needed.

This is a part time position with 5-10 hours per week.

Our HQ is located in Stockholm, but cultural fit is just as important as technical ability, and so we’re open to receiving applications from people based outside of Sweden if you fit the criteria.

You need to :

Thrive on delivering excellent customer service and have a background in customer support, ideally in a similar role.

Have excellent communication skills (spoken and written English and Danish).

Have a flexible mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where you get the chance to influence how we work together.

Feel comfortable primarily working with the phone as your main tool to communicate with patients.

It’s a plus if you have :

Proficiency in Swedish

Previous experience working in Zendesk or other customer service related systems.

Other language proficiencies.

In this role, you’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule within weekday hours (08 : 00–17 : 00), and we prefer that you can work at least three shifts per week. While we would ideally like you to be based in Stockholm or Malmö, we are also open to a remote setup in Denmark for the right candidate.
