The Role : Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the TiA platform to support new product lines and business domains
- Ensure platform scalability, security, maintainability, and alignment with group-wide architectural standards
- Serve as technical lead on TiA-related initiatives including platform enhancements, integrations, and migrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into robust architectural solutions
- Contribute to and enforce architectural governance, documentation, and quality standards
- Integrate TiA with surrounding systems, ensuring end-to-end process alignment and data integrity
- Ensure compliance with internal risk, security, and data protection requirements
Ideal Profile : The Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong architectural background in insurance platforms — specifically deep experience with TiA. You should be capable of operating both strategically and hands-on in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline10+ years of experience in insurance IT, with substantial involvement in TiA implementationsProven experience in application architecture and integration in a multi-product or enterprise settingStrong understanding of TiA’s architecture, data models, workflows, and configurationSolid grasp of architectural principles, software lifecycle management, and system interoperabilityDesirable Skills
Experience with modern integration approaches (APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture)Exposure to cloud strategies and hybrid environmentsFamiliarity with security and regulatory frameworks in the insurance or financial services sectorCertifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or similar are considered a plusExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProfessional fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is an advantageWhat We Offer
