Your tasks

• 1A customer service requires 1A technology. And you will ensure that our communication systems can be relied on in the background : you will manage administration, troubleshooting, monitoring and lifecycle management together with your colleagues in 24 / 7 operation.
• You will be responsible for the systems, e.g. in the proxy and anti-virus infrastructure environment, and ensure that our IT operations are both sustainable and secure.
• Coordinating processes, creating and maintaining documentation, checklists, reports and work instructions or planning and handling the work with and performance of internal and external partners - your organizational talent comes to the fore in all of this.
• Because you are quick "on the ball" and always have your eyes on the future, you also develop our infrastructure strategically, design well thought-out proof of concepts and contribute expertly to IT projects.
