The successful candidate will manage the commercial aspects of the project from budgeting to final accounts, ensuring financial compliance. Responsibilities : Summarize post-award contracts and purchase orders in the QMS, keeping the Contract Review Register updated. Lead contract negotiations, issue addendums, and update internal systems with changes. Monitor costs, manage scope changes, and adjust budgets and variation registers as needed. Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and subcontractor compliance. Submit and review payment applications, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement efforts. Ensure timely submission of QS reports, both internally and externally. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services. 5+ years experience in Quantity Surveying in the Irish / European Market. Experience working for a Main Contractor or M&E Contractor in Ireland / UK is essential. A proven working knowledge of current contract law.
