Procurement Analyst & Reporting Manager

The position
As Procurement data & reporting manager in ALKs Global Procurement Center of Excellence you will be the catalyst for smarter faster and more transparent decision-making. Your work will go beyond reporting as you will create clarity in a complex data landscape design intuitive dashboards and build frameworks that empower our global procurement team to act with confidence.

In this role you will be part of a major transformation of how ALK uses data and reporting in procurement. You will work closely with our IT department to align systems implement new tools and ensure governance standards that enable long-term success.

This role covers all reporting within procurement not only hard data. You will also design clear frameworks for reporting on monthly performance updates ensuring consistency and transparency across the organization.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Shaping the data foundation: Define & implement governance standards that ensure accuracy and trust.
• Driving visibility: Develop dashboards that turn numbers into actionable insights for leadership and category managers.
• Enabling strategic decisions: Build reporting frameworks that highlight trends risks and opportunities.
• Influencing priorities: Provide insights that help set the direction for procurement excellence globally.
• Collaborating across functions: Partner with IT and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

Your profile
You are structured and curious able to explain technical details in a way that supports decision-making. You combine hands-on problem-solving with a forward-looking mindset to improve and transform how we work with data and reporting.

We expect that you have:

• A degree in Business Supply Chain Data Analytics or similar.
• Solid experience in procurement analytics or data management.
• Strong skills in SAP BI tools and data visualization (PowerBI Tableau SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Advanced Excel and experience with automation and modeling.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders globally.
