Store Design Specialist

We’re looking for a Store Design Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of our stores across all markets.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the design development of new stores, rebuilds, and relocations, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver innovative, efficient, and brand-aligned retail environments. In this role, you will hold a global responsibility, working across markets and cultures

We are a small team, and we are always ready to support where needed. You will work from Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s head quarter in Christianshavn, center of Copenhagen and you will report directly to our Team Lead Store Design.

Your responsibilities will be

Prepare design briefs for new and existing store projects

Initiate and evaluate design feasibility studies

Coordinate and manage the development of conceptual designs

Support, assess, and approve local technical design solutions, including material samples

Interact closely with markets and suppliers to explore design opportunities and manage constraints

Manage and maintain data throughout the store development process

Onboard new markets in our store design guidelines

This is you

A background in design or retail, with at least 5 years of experience in the retail industry

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software

Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite

Fluent English, both written and spoken

A passion for creating excellent store experiences

You’re enthusiastic, trustworthy, and open-minded, with a collaborative spirit. You’re a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and you bring structure and responsibility to everything you do. You take initiative, show ownership, and are always driven to find the best solutions.

This position is not open for relocation. Candidates must already reside in Copenhagen / Denmark or have existing work authorization and the ability to commute or work from this location.
