The Willy Naessens Group is growing!

As the market leader in industrial construction projects in Belgium, we are now taking firm steps into the Danish market. Our first projects are starting, and to support this growth, we are looking for a project manager who is ready to take the lead on our construction sites.

You are responsible for the execution and completion of various assembly and / or construction projects from handover through to final delivery. You act as the link between the client and the implementation team. During the execution phase, you serve as the main point of contact for the project owner and the design office. You ensure compliance with the detailed schedule, safety regulations, and productivity on-site. You manage and coordinate the teams (workers and subcontractors) on the construction sites, guide them, and assist with technical questions or challenges.

We are looking for someone with a degree in construction and 5 years work experience in a similar function as site manager.

Your Profile :

You are a problem solver with a positive attitude. Above all, you are agile, enthusiastic and willing to learn about our company and our construction methods and processes. We will communicate in English but we expect you to speak fluent Danish.
