For our beautiful Magasin Corner Store in Aarhus, we are looking for a Store Manager (Maternity Cover).

- Managing, developing and coaching of the Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals
- Recording sick notes for your own team
- Induction of new employees and organization of training courses
- Implementation of the floor management
- Acting as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNA
- Responsibility for recruitment and recruitment strategies
Commercial Performance
Full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growthAnalysis of common retail key figures such as IPT, AVB, Conversation Rate and Market Shares and derivation of sales activities to continuously increase store performanceDevelopment of sales potentialEnsuring flawless visual merchandising standards, including the timely implementation of updates and animationsEnsuring order and cleanliness on the sales floorCreating and communicating recaps and reports to internal interfacesTrack and ensure profitability of storeClient Experience
