Senior Financial Controller

As Senior Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing financial control processes across our trading entities and group structure. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, correct accounting treatment, strong internal controls, and strategic financial insight to support business growth and operational decision-making.

DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS WILL BE

This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of finance, trading and compliance. You help ensure timely reporting, sound financial processes and alignment with international accounting standards (IFRS).

Your mission :

• Perform and lead assigned month-end tasks including consolidation of the group
• Investigate and explain significant financial deviations
• Drive improvements in reporting processes through automation, best practices and simplification
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards
• Take responsibility for technical accounting treatments and documentation
• Collaborate with external auditors throughout the year and co-lead the annual audit process across the group
• Produce accurate group financial statements and support regulatory reporting
• Conduct data-driven financial analyses to identify improvements
• Help strengthen internal controls and audit readiness

JOIN A TEAM OF MINDFUL ACHIEVERS

You’ll be part of our Financial Controlling team and report to the Head of Financial Controlling. Your closest collaborators include colleagues from Back Office, Tax, Risk, Accounting and Trading. Together, you’ll make sure transactional data, financial figures and regulatory requirements align - and that the business is supported with insight and clarity. In this role, you’ll also act as a mentor for more junior controllers. While helping others grow, you’ll expand your own financial toolbox and sharpen your perspective.
