About Us

You will be joining our BMT department, a department of >

20 colleagues. We support the COO for Personal & Business Customer (P&BC) unit with supporting key areas and the strategic agenda. P&BC consists of more than 3000 employees primarily working within the digital development and services area to the benefit of our customers.

The four teams in BMT is “Planning”, “Strategy execution”, “Tech Transformation” and “Performance management & Traction”. We support with a broad range of projects and different capabilities . :

• Enable the leadership team by supporting, coordinating, and driving the P&BC COO agenda while connecting it to our strategic contexts in Danske Bank
• Support with essential elements within . finance, risk, planning, project support / management and communication
• Leverage synergies and enhance collaboration across the value chain, while ensuring holistic progress and execution, and stepping in to support if relevant
• Engage and support our leadership team with delivering on our key basic business requirements
