Associate Director, Clinical Medical Management

Your new role

As our new Associate Director, Clinical Medical Management, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as :

• Lead Clinical Medical Management team
• Deliver industry-leading clinical trial excellence with scientific insights and external engagement
• Secure early inputs to product development, incorporating voice of patients and clinicians
• Establish strong presence in new and current therapy areas
• Align clinical research with strategic and commercial objectives

Your new department

You will join the CMM leaders in the Clinical Medical Management (CMM) team. We provide strategic direction, driving performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while fostering excellence in team culture, processes, and capabilities. We deliver industry-leading clinical trial excellence, and early product and therapy area development, with high-quality scientific insights and engagement, trusted partnerships and innovation, to position the organization as a leader in therapeutic solutions.

You communicate and present clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, think critically and analytically to evaluate risks and spot opportunities, build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, and creatively solve complex problems to deliver practical solutions.
