Your new role
As our Warehouse Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that warehouse facilities, utilities and validated solutions are designed, operated and expanded in a way that supports both GMP requirements and efficient, sustainable daily operations. While inspection readiness is an important part of the role, your main contribution will be helping to shape facility and warehouse solutions that work well in practice.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues in operations, engineering and quality to develop and maintain warehouse setups that meet regulatory expectations without unnecessary complexity, and that support long-term operational excellence and capacity growth.

In External Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are thousands of colleagues across the globe, united by a shared responsibility to scale molecules, processes, devices and products — ensuring life‑saving medicines reach the patients who need them.
Within CMC & Product Supply, you will join Sourcing Warehousing in Sourcing Operations — a key function responsible for the compliant handling and storage of materials and products. The team ensures that materials are managed safely, reliably and in line with quality standards. As we continue to expand our capacity and capabilities, your contribution will help shape the future of our warehouse operations.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a specialist with solid experience from GMP-regulated facilities and warehouse environments. To succeed in this role, you should have:
